Danseur (Dancer) by Hélène Poisson
Creative for many years now, Hélène Poisson infuses her works with energy.
Translating life into movement, both in her dancers and through her equestrian poses, she loves challenges and draws people and animals right in the middle of the action.
She is passionate about shimmering colours, and in order to achieve greater transparency she now prefers coloured inks to the oils of her early days.
Ranging from realism to the abstract, from flowers to portraits, from nudes to clouds, she improvises flights of the imagination in blended shades from which joy erupts, endlessly vibrant. One day she may be exhibiting in London or Shanghai, on another she may be painting in the Sahara, who knows what she will do next?
